Hydrolily Health offers premium wellness supplements and curated companion devices through our online store. Future personalized care services will be provided through independently licensed providers.

• Supplements: Our supplement products are manufactured and fulfilled through authorized partners. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
• Companion Devices: Hydrolily Approved devices are curated third-party products selected by our team. They are not manufactured by Hydrolily Health.
• Care Services (Coming Soon): All care decisions will be made solely by independently licensed providers. Hydrolily Health is a technology platform that facilitates connections with these providers.

3. Purchases & Payment

• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
• Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments / Stripe at the time of purchase.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.
• You are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We currently ship within the United States. International shipping availability will be announced separately.
• Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and typically range from 5–10 business days for standard shipping.
• Shipping times may vary based on product type, fulfillment partner, and destination.
• Hydrolily Health is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

• We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in their original packaging.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product).
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
• Opened supplements cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, except in cases of product defects.
• Companion devices follow the manufacturer's warranty and return policy. Contact us for assistance.
